Rental Options:
1. Rental Pool (available for every property in the resort) - available for 10 years.
Conservatively estimated at 10% net based on 20 weeks occupancy. Obviously this method allows for far greater returns depending on the amount of personal use and the actual occupancy levels for the resort. The Rental Pool option provides the most flexibility if longer personal usage periods are required.
2. Rental Guarantee (2 bed apartments only) - available for 10 years.
The Rental Guarantee option allows five weeks personal usage each year.

Investors have the option to secure the above returns by way of a Bank Guarantee.
The rental guarantee comes in to effect 18 months after the full balance payment has been received (regardless of construction status).
If by year four the Rental ‘Pool' is generating more income than the Rental guarantee, the Investor then has the option to switch to the ‘Pool' system for the remainder of the 10 year term. Investors who choose to do this will receive the Pool rate minus 1.5% annually.
Furniture packs must be purchased if utilising either of the above rental options.
